Paul Brandt was the keynote speaker at the Palliser Teacher’s Convention this last year. He gave a presentation on his organization, #NotInMyCity, which he founded to raise awareness and take collective action to prevent and end human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Engaging in conversation and having the opportunity to ask questions at this event strengthened my understanding of the importance of career long learning.
