This artifact represents a “talking circle” that I utilized during my field I experience. At the beginning of class in my grade 3 classroom, we would have a sharing circle. Students could share what they did over the weekend with their friends and families, and what was special to them. This was natural way to incorporate Indigenous traditions into the classroom.
