TQS 4 - ​Establishing Inclusive Learning Environments
​​A teacher establishes, promotes and sustains inclusive learning environments where diversity is embraced and every student is welcomed, cared for, respected and safe.
As a teacher it is important to first establish and sustain an environment for my students that is inclusive, and where they feel welcomed and cared for. Learning is a result of these values aligning with your learning environment. Activities like building these wooden flowers show the importance of establishing a growth mentality in the classroom environment and making it a safe welcoming place for students to learn.
